GeeIT is a small digital studio on the Gold Coast. We design and build websites and apps for Australian businesses that care how their work shows up in the world.
We're boutique by choice — we work with a small number of clients each year so the work stays sharp. Most of our work comes through word of mouth from people who've worked with us before, and we like it that way.
Previously, GeeIT presented as an IT consultancy. We've spent the last year repositioning around what we actually do best: design-led product work for Australian companies. Closer in spirit to a studio than a services firm.
The principal
GeeIT was founded by Nicholas Gee, a software engineer and product designer with a background spanning enterprise IT distribution, AI product development, and consumer software. He leads every project the studio takes on — there are no account managers, no project layers, no handoff.

How we work
Three principles guide how we run the studio. They're not pretentious — just true to the way we like to make things.

Considered, not rushed.
We'd rather take a project from start to finish properly than move on quickly to the next one. Fewer projects, better outcomes.

Direct.
No project managers, no account executives, no layers. You work directly with the people building your product.

Long-term.
Most of our clients have been with us for years. We're set up to support what we build — not vanish at launch.
Studio notes
We're based on the Gold Coast and work with clients in Brisbane and across Australia. We collaborate remotely most of the time, and visit in person when it makes a real difference.
