Headless storefront
Next.js front-end on Vercel, Shopify Storefront API for catalogue and checkout. Tuned for speed — fast first paint, real Core Web Vitals scores, SEO-clean URLs.
A complete rebuild of one of Australia's leading wellness brands. We took the existing Shopify store and lifted the storefront off it — a fully headless, highly optimised Next.js front-end consuming Shopify's Storefront API for product, cart, and checkout, while the rest of the experience runs on its own purpose-built systems.
The site itself is only the surface. Underneath it sits an adaptive AI quiz, a 24/7 conversational sales and support agent, a custom admin dashboard, an automated content engine, and a loyalty programme that links the website to the SBN Life mobile app and the brand's community on Facebook.
Before the rebuild, the original Shopify store leaned on a long stack of paid third-party apps — a monthly subscription for the quiz, another for reviews, another for bundles, another for loyalty, another for upsells, and so on. We replaced every one of them with native code built directly into the new front-end. The result: a faster site, a tighter brand experience, and a saving of over $300 a month in subscription fees.

Each one solves a real operational problem the SBN team had — and most of them ship value the day they're switched on.

Next.js front-end on Vercel, Shopify Storefront API for catalogue and checkout. Tuned for speed — fast first paint, real Core Web Vitals scores, SEO-clean URLs.

A 24/7 conversational agent that knows every program, product, and policy. Logs Freshdesk tickets on behalf of the visitor, recommends products, traces Shopify orders by tracking number, and hands off to the team when it should.

Each question is generated from the previous answer — no two quizzes are identical. Ends with a personalised program recommendation and a one-hour discount code, with a Klaviyo reminder triggered if the visitor hasn't checked out within 30 minutes.

A purpose-built mobile-first dashboard so the SBN team can run the day-to-day themselves — push notifications, recipe of the week, blog publishing, quiz analytics, bundle pricing, SEO, loyalty.

Composes new product bundles directly against Shopify — pricing, inventory, and product metadata stay in sync without anyone touching the Shopify admin.

Tracks the brand's target keywords, ranking trajectory, and competitor movement in Google. Replaces paid tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs at a fraction of the cost.

Drafts and publishes long-form articles from suggested topics, with on-page SEO baked in. Posts consistently rank quickly on Google with no further intervention — and every post auto-generates Facebook, Instagram, Story, and EDM assets in one pass.

A queue of recipes, drafted in advance, pushed weekly to the SBN Life app — so the lifestyle content arm runs on rails instead of on someone's calendar.

A points programme linking the storefront, the SBN Life app, and the brand's Facebook group. Customers earn points for purchases, app activity, and community engagement — and spend them in the store.
A native iOS and Android companion app for SBN program members. Members open it for the daily plan, log meals and weight against their program, work through the recipe of the week, and track wellness trends across the journey. Every system on the storefront has an arm into the app — the recipes are scheduled here, the loyalty points sync both ways, and Angel sits in the bottom nav.

A Tetris-inspired maths game where falling number blocks meet curriculum-aligned arithmetic — designed to make daily maths practice something kids actually ask to do.
Five worlds, six collectible monster buddies, four strategic power-ups, and 30+ levels of measurable progression. Difficulty adapts to the child's school year, distractor answers are pedagogically chosen so children learn from incorrect choices, and a Trainer mode introduces every mechanic without time pressure for first-time players.
For parents: no advertising, ever. No third-party analytics, no real names collected, no logins, no subscriptions. A one-time $5.99 unlock buys the whole thing for life. For schools, students join their actual school from a database of 8,000+ Australian schools, with year-level filtered leaderboards and Apple Volume Purchase Program support for bulk-licensing.

Every feature passes a four-way test: it has to delight the child, satisfy the teacher, reassure the parent, and work in a real classroom.
"MathStack was built with my 11-year-old daughter Alaska as the lead playtester and design consultant. Every level, every buddy, every power-up was approved by the toughest critic I know."

A new website for one of Australia's leading sovereign cloud distributors. Built to communicate technical depth to a channel-partner audience while staying clean, fast, and easy to navigate — the kind of site a busy MSP can scan in twenty seconds and a procurement team can dig into for an hour.
The brief wasn't just a redesign — it was a positioning exercise. CRS curates and validates technology vendors before introducing them to the Australian and Pacific market. The site needed to make that "we don't sell what we haven't tested" stance feel credible at a glance, with the visual restraint to match.
What sets the project apart is what came after launch: an SEO programme so advanced that newly-published comparison content typically reaches the top 3 of Google within days — and increasingly anchors the AI Overview citations alongside it.

Real searches, captured this week. CRS sits in the AI Overview's primary citation panel for high-intent comparison queries — the position prospective buyers actually click.

"Our SEO is so advanced we generally get to the top 3 in Google within days of publishing. We don't optimise content after the fact — we engineer it to rank from the moment it goes live."

FlipPro AI is GeeIT's own product — a property investment platform built for the Australian market. We monitor more than 4,000 Australian real estate agents on the user's behalf, and the AI scores every new listing the moment it goes live.
When something looks promising, the user runs a full analysis. FlipPro AI pulls together suburb-level market data, council zoning rules, recent comparable sales, and recently renovated comparable sales to model what a flipper could realistically sell the finished product for.
Six signature tools sit at the centre of the product. Finder, Deal Radar, Black Book, RenoScope, Deal Profitability, and Budget Tracker.
Built in React Native + Expo with a Supabase backend and Claude handling vision and reasoning. The market data layer runs automatically and continuously, so the user just opens the app and the work has already been done.

The AI screens every new Australian listing for renovation, flip, subdivision and development potential. Properties without an angle never reach the user. The ones that do come with an explanation.

Three for the find — surfacing the deal and explaining why it's a deal. Three for the analyse — turning a candidate into a costed, contracted, profit-modelled plan. Plus a deep bench of supporting features for the serious investor.
A continuously updating feed of Australian listings the AI has flagged as worth a look. Every card carries a deal score, a strategy hint (flip / granny flat / subdivision / development) and a one-line reason it surfaced.
4,000+ agents · AI screening · Daily feed
For each candidate, Deal Radar shows the vision signals the AI picked up — kitchen condition, flooring, structural notes, street appeal, block size — alongside a condition score and the reasoning behind the listed strategy.
Vision signals · Condition score · Strategy tagging
Every property you've shortlisted, ranked and sorted. A clean stream of saved analyses you can return to in seconds — no spreadsheets, no shared links, no losing a deal in browser history.
Score · Sort · Compare · Export
Point the camera, drop in a few notes, and the AI generates a full renovation scope and cost estimate — broken down by trade with Essential / Recommended / Optional priority tags and a banded total.
Vision · Cost bands · Priority tagging
Forward feasibility across multiple exit strategies — quick flip, full reno, subdivide, hold. Break-even, target sell, holding costs, ROI and margin, all live, all editable, all benchmarked against recent renovated comparable sales.
Break-even · ROI · Margin · Holding costs
Multi-quote comparison with AI extraction. Drop in builder quotes and the app pulls trades, supply items and misc costs into category summaries — cheapest vs selected, savings vs overruns, percent-to-budget, all auto-populated.
Multi-quote · AI extraction · Variance tracking
A deep bench of supporting features sits behind the six headline tools — the kind of detail that moves an app from "useful demo" to "actually used every week".
"The analysis that used to take an investor a full afternoon now happens on the drive home from the inspection."

The Keepit Channel Manager — branded in-product as CRS ChannelMeter — is the channel-management platform we built for Cloud Ready Solutions to run their Keepit distribution business.
The platform has three audiences and gives each one exactly the visibility they need. MSPs and resellers see live consumption and backup health for every one of their clients. The distributor (CRS) sees the channel end-to-end and invoices directly from the platform. The vendor (Keepit) gets visibility of how their Australian channel business is actually performing, in close to real time.
The result is months of consumption history, MSP billing, term licensing, security audit views, POC management and exportable reports — aligned with how the operations team already worked, surfaced in a single product.

Most channel tools serve one role and force the others to work around it. ChannelMeter gives each audience their own native view of the same underlying data, with the right permissions and the right actions baked in.
