Delete Your MathStack Data

How to request data deletion

If you'd like us to delete the data associated with your MathStack: Stack & Solve account, email us at nick@geeit.com.au with the subject line "Delete My Data" and include your in-app Friend Code (found in the app under the Friends tab). We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What we delete

  • Your chosen display nickname and initials
  • Your school affiliation and year level
  • Your game scores, stars, level progress, and streaks
  • Your friend code and friend connections
  • Your in-app leaderboard records

What we cannot delete

Purchase records held by Apple or Google (for the one-time unlock) are managed by those app stores and are subject to their own data policies. We do not store your payment information.

No account required

MathStack does not use logins or passwords. All progress is stored on your device and synced to our leaderboard under an anonymous ID. Deleting and reinstalling the app, or contacting us as above, removes your data.
