Privacy policyUpdated 23 July 2026

Your information, plainly.

This page explains what GeeIT Pty Ltd (ABN 50 151 952 377) collects, why, where it lives, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers geeit.com.au and our managed-AI services. MathStack, our children’s app, has its own policy on the MathStack privacy page, and nothing here changes it.

Who we are

GeeIT Pty Ltd is a digital studio on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We design and build websites, apps, and managed AI agents for Australian businesses. You can reach us any time at hello@geeit.com.au.

What we collect on this website

The site has no accounts and no logins. We collect personal information in two places:

  • The contact form. Name, email, company (optional), project type, and your message. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else. Submissions are stored in HubSpot, the customer-relationship tool we use to keep track of conversations.
  • Bookings. If you book a call or an assessment, scheduling and any payment run on Cal.com and its payment provider, under their own privacy terms. We receive your name, email, booking time, and anything you write in the booking notes.

We do not run a newsletter, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information with anyone.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and which booking buttons are clicked. These tools may set cookies and process usage data on servers outside Australia, including Google’s. None of them run on the MathStack pages, which carry no analytics or tracking at all.

Managed-AI services and client data

When we build and run an AI agent for your business, the boundaries are agreed in your written plan before anything is built. As standing practice:

  • Stored agent data lives in Australian regions, on infrastructure we run.
  • Where a request is processed by a cloud AI model, your written plan names the provider and what that provider retains. Model providers may process requests outside Australia.
  • Routine tasks can run on a local model that never communicates with the internet, where that option is agreed.
  • Payroll and health records are excluded unless we agree otherwise, in writing.
  • Agents draft; nominated humans approve what goes out.
  • Your business data remains yours. When an engagement ends, we return or delete stored agent data on request.

For the full security and subprocessor detail, see our Managed AI Trust Pack.

How long we keep things

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we need them to do the work and meet our legal obligations, and no longer. If you want something corrected or deleted, email us and we will do it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@geeit.com.au and we will respond personally. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes
